A rough draft of a cv will not be sent out to employers, but instead we be worked upon after reviewing it. This first draft will be used to understand the layout of the CV, and what you would include within it. 

After this the employee will create an edited version of the CV. This will be written after obtaining feedback from themselves or piers, and fix the things to make a better product that would appease the employers more. 

Finally, the employee would create their final version of the CV. This version primarily fixes wording errors, spelling and much more. The main job for the employee is to make the CV seem as professional as possible, as to achieve a better first impression from the employers. The more content and work that the person states they have done would equal a higher chance of getting into that job or University.

BPM-Business process management (BPM) software is an enterprise-level software solution to automate repetitive tasks, manage fundamental processing, and handle process logics. BPM systems optimize and accelerate processes, increasing efficiency.

GIF-GIF stands for Graphics Interchange Format – in social media, GIFs are small animations and video footage. A GIF is commonly used to represent a feeling or action.

MOV-MOV is another type of digital container file for videos and other multimedia. Apple developed MOV for use with the Apple QuickTime Player. Like MP4 files, MOV videos are encoded with the MPEG-4 codec.

AVI-An AVI file is a video file saved in the Audio Video Interleave (AVI) multimedia container format created by Microsoft. It stores video and audio data encoded in various codecs, including DivX and XviD

MP4-This is just a more compressed version of a MOV file that is smaller in size 

MP3-This is a smaller version of a WAV audio file that is more compressed and easier to send. Most of the time you will find it hard to send WAV files via email. However, MP3 files are easier to send and receive via email. 

WAV-In general, WAV files are better quality than MP3 files, but this isn't always the case if the WAV file has been compressed. A lossless WAV file is always best for recording and for carrying high-quality audio files. MP3 files are not bad quality but WAV is more elite.

DOC-DOC file extension refers to a word processing document format. This binary file format is proprietary of Microsoft and is native to Microsoft's most popular word processing application, Microsoft Word. It's a plain text document format which can also contain hyperlinks, images, alignments, etc.

PDF-PDF is an abbreviation that stands for Portable Document Format. It's a versatile file format created by Adobe that gives people an easy, reliable way to present and exchange documents - regardless of the software, hardware, or operating systems being used by anyone who views the document.
