A rough draft of a cv will not be sent out to employers, but instead we be worked upon after reviewing it. This first draft will be used to understand the layout of the CV, and what you would include within it.  After this the employee will create an edited version of the CV. This will be written after obtaining feedback from themselves or piers, and fix the things to make a better product that would appease the employers more.  Finally, the employee would create their final version of the CV. This version primarily fixes wording errors, spelling and much more. The main job for the employee is to make the CV seem as professional as possible, as to achieve a better first impression from the employers.
